My stay at Peppers Broadbeach was quite a mix. The apartment was clean, spacious, and had a stunning view, but the experience was marred by poor parking options and extremely long waits for check-in and lifts. The staff, while initially unhelpful, did improve upon speaking with management. Overall, it has potential, but there are definitely areas needing improvement.

However, I faced some frustrating issues at the start, like my room key not working and parking miscommunication, which detracted from our experience. We had a wonderful two-night stay at this hotel. The spacious one-bedroom unit had breathtaking nighttime views of Broadbeach. It was close to a fantastic cafe for breakfast, which I would definitely recommend. However, navigating the parking was a bit tricky, as it felt like a maze to reach the reserved floor for tenants.

I had a great three-night stay at Peppers Broadbeach over Christmas! The location is unbeatable, with the beach and plenty of dining options just a short stroll away. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the pool area is nice, though the pillows could definitely use some improvement. Overall, it’s a solid choice for a family-friendly getaway.
